Article 1
Preamble
This Code of Ethics applies to all members of the Luxembourg Real Estate Federation (FIL), a non-profit professional association. It constitutes a foundation of legal, professional, and moral commitment, aimed at guaranteeing credibility, competence, and public trust.
This Code establishes high standards of conduct regarding transparency, accountability, respect for the client, compliance with the law, and the dignity of the profession. Each member undertakes to comply with the provisions of this Code and to ensure their compliance by their collaborators.
The FIL undertakes to publicly disseminate this Code in order to publicize these commitments and strengthen public confidence in the members of the FIL.
