Who can become a member?
Companies carrying out real estate activities in Luxembourg: agencies, developers and regional networks.
How much is the membership fee?
Agency: €490 · Developer: €1,200 · Regional network: €2,500, per year.
Which documents do I need?
The representative’s ID (front/back or passport), up-to-date articles of association, a recent RCS extract and the business permit.
How do I sign my application?
Online at the end of the form: you receive a 6-digit code by email to sign the application and the Code of Ethics. Check your spam folder too.
When do I pay?
Only once your application is accepted. You then receive an email with a secure payment link.
Are team badges included?
Yes. Every member agency can request a personal badge for each team member at no extra cost — it is included in the membership fee. The Federation verifies each person before a badge becomes active.
Are members bound by a Code of Ethics?
Yes. Every member commits to the Federation’s Code of Ethics, available online.
How do I report a member’s misconduct?
Through the Complaints page, which forwards your report to the Federation.
